The person was reading a list of veterans buried in the Evergreen Cemetery in Riverside, California. Suddenly my sister heard the name of Elmer Edgar Horsley called out in honor of a veteran of World War I, my father.
How strange and unusual to have her listening at the exact moment when our father's name was called out.

That is so cool. I never realized how much you look like your father dad. I usually only see pictures of him when he is older. Handsome aren't you. By the way, I enjoyed your mother's day talk very much. Enduring to the end is a very appropriate subject for mother's day.
That is so cool. Dad you are handsome just like your dad. Love ya!
wow... that is so awesome. What are the chances? I am sure you father had something to do with making sure Jan was listening at that exact moment. I am with Rae... I have only seen pictures of Grandpa while in his older years and this pictures just makes me smile. You look so much like your father. What handsome men, and my brothers aren't to shabby either.
How cool is that. I love the pictures of Grandpa.
